FAQ
How do I delete my account?
Open the app → Profile → Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, messages, check-ins, and keys.
How do I block someone?
Open their profile or DM and tap the ban icon. Blocks are mutual: neither of you will see each other's messages, check-ins, or profiles afterwards.
How do I report objectionable content or a user?
Use the report option on a profile or message inside the app, or email abuse@getsolder.com with screenshots. We act on reports within 24 hours.
Why can't I see someone I know is nearby?
They may not have checked in, may have hidden their profile, or one of you may have blocked the other.
Are my DMs really private?
Yes. Direct messages are end-to-end encrypted on your device. We never see the contents.
I'm having a technical problem.
Email support@getsolder.com with your device model, OS version, app version (in Profile → About), and a description of what happened. Screenshots help.
